Joseph Dundon has a very wide and varied experience of all aspects of law including property, taxation, estate planning, commercial and industrial law, acting as advisor to and as a Director of various Companies engaged in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retailing, Financial and other Services, locally, nationally and internationally. He has acted as arbitrator in more than 40 disputes, on the appointment of the Law Society, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, including 16 Assessments under the IFA/NRA Scheme, or the Parties to the Dispute, involving partnership, building contracts, property matters including Rental Reviews and consumer disputes. Joseph Dundon qualified as a Solicitor 1962. He was President of the Law Society of Ireland in 1978.
He was awarded Postgraduate Degree of Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Honours by University College Dublin in 1981. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), and is an associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland and former Council Member of that Institute.
