Maeve qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and, together with Joseph Dundon, founded Dundon Callanan, Solicitors, in 1992. Maeve has over thirty years’ experience in advising both private and commercial clients across a broad range of legal services including:
- Residential property transactions
- Commercial property, banking, insolvency and restructuring
- Landlord and tenant law including advising commercial and retail landlords and tenants in respect of acquisitions and disposals
She has acted and advised in a considerable number of commercial and shareholder disputes.
She has acted for both purchasers and vendors of various types of business whether through share sale or asset sale agreements and has considerable experience in this area.
Maeve has also provided advice in a wide range of private client areas including divorce and judicial separation, will drafting, powers of attorney and probate matters.
